About the Speaker
For over 12 years, Joe Mercadante has been placing accounting and finance talent with top employers throughout Central and Northern New Mexico. In addition to being the Vice President/Division Director of Robert Half’s Accounting and Finance division, Joe is also a multi-million-dollar producer and Presidents Club award recipient. Joe has acquired over 30 years of experience in all facets of Hiring, Recruitment, Compensation and Business Development, including roles as Site Employment Manager with a Fortune 500 manufacturer; Senior Career Consultant with a consulting firm and Division Director with Robert Half.
Growing up in Albuquerque, Joe has developed a passion for seeing our business community grow and be successful. He thrives on championing individuals to realize their career objectives and helping employers obtain the talent they need to grow their company.
Joe is regularly sought out for his expertise regarding local job market, hiring trends and salaries by employers and job seekers, Albuquerque Economic Development, reporters and guest spots on FOX New Mexico Living.
