Controller
Controller position needed for a growing fast-paced manufacturing & retail business in Albuquerque, NM. Established business requires a highly experienced controller with strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-building skills, as well as integrity, attention to detail, and work ethic. You will be a valuable member of the senior management team and the primary point of contact with external CPA’s, bankers, insurance brokers, and governmental regulatory agencies. This person will take a leadership role with operating budgets and other management reporting systems as needed. Timely and accurate monthly financial statements are also mission-critical. Four years of experience as an accounting manager or controller and two years in a manufacturing environment are desired. Appropriate accounting education and credentials are expected. Competitive compensation and benefits including health insurance, retirement, and paid time off.
